Recipes through the lens of what is home

See what your household can cook now, what is almost covered, and which ingredients are still missing.

The Recipes tab: 100 recipes with 3 ready now and 16 nearly ready, each labelled with what the pantry covers.

Sorted by what the pantry already covers.

  • Coverage states highlight what can be cooked now.
  • Missing ingredients stay connected to the recipe.
  • Your own recipes sit alongside the curated ones, with the same coverage.
  • Staples like salt and oil are assumed present, so dinner never fails on seasoning.

Cook from reality, not fantasy

Recipe browsing gets easier when the app already knows what is available. Heilsa can show recipes as can make now, almost can make, or missing key ingredients, reducing the manual ingredient-checking loop.

Bring your own recipes

A curated catalogue is a starting point, not the whole of what a household cooks. Write a recipe in the app with its ingredients, steps, timing and servings, or photograph a cookbook page or a handwritten card and let Heilsa read it in for you to check. Either way it becomes a real recipe: searchable, coverable against the pantry, and available to plan with.

Health context without becoming a diet app

Recipes carry nutritional shape, and each person in the household can record allergens and ingredients they avoid. Those exclusions are applied when Heilsa suggests a meal, without turning dinner into clinical tracking or medical advice.

The rest of the loop
